Sierra Nevada is a mountain range near the city of Granada, popular for skiing during the winter months, but also for hiking all year round. Public transport to the ski slopes is limited. There are two transport options available: the first is a taxi, providing the best and most direct option and the second is the public bus. If you wish to take a direct taxi from Granada airport, the cost will be around €67 and the journey from the airport will take around one hour. If you wish to take public bus, it will also take around one hour of travel time and cost €5 (€9 return). The ski season heavily affects buses on this route. Welcome Pickups offers meet and greet services and a friendly introduction to Granada at the same price as a regular taxi. Click here to see the cost.
