There’s a Zurich Airport to Zermatt train that runs daily. The journey time will be approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes, however, the trains aren’t direct and have up to 3 changes so this journey time may vary.

You will first need to take the S7 train from Zurich Airport to Zurich HB train station, then take the IC1 train from there to Bern, the next train will be the IC6 to Visp, and finally, the RE42 to Zermatt. Although the number of changes varies depending on the time you’re travelling, this is the most common route.
