Taking a Punta Cana airport taxi is the quickest and most comfortable transfer option as it takes just 60 minutes and costs around €150 ($170 USD). As there’s no direct bus from Punta Cana Airport to La Romana, you will need to make two changes, which takes around 2 hours and 20 minutes to reach the city. However, the bus is a cheaper option at just €6 (380 DOP) one-way though.
