The Don Mueang Railway Station is a small train station near Don Mueang International Airport. It is located in between Vibhavadi Rangsit Road and Choet Wutthakat Road, just opposite the airport’s Terminal 1.

As the train tickets are very cheap from Don Mueang International airport and the route is direct to Ayutthaya, it is a great option for those travelling on a budget. Moreover, many trains go to-and-from the airport on a daily basis making this option even more convenient. Nevertheless, if you are travelling with children or with large luggage, walking for 15 minutes under the Thai heat can be quite uncomfortable, especially that you will probably have to walk or find another way to get to your accommodation when arriving at Ayutthaya station.
