Not only will you have a wait of 60 minutes if you arrive just past the hour, but there are many stops between Malta Αirport and St. Julian’s, making the journey longer than that of a taxi. Plus, if you’re travelling as a group with with luggage, the bus could be a tricky choice for you.

The X2 bus from Malta Airport to St. Julian's doesn't have a storage compartment for luggage, only a small luggage rack. If you are travelling with large suitcases, this may not be the best transfer option for you.
