The X4 bus to Valletta departs roughly every 10-15 minutes from Malta International Airport between 05:34 and 22:37. This leg of the journey takes 20 minutes. 

Then, the No.13 bus departs from Valletta every 20-30 minutes between 05:05 and 22:45. You’ll reach Sliema in 15-20 minutes.
