Where do I get it from?
You can find the AU and ADO bus at the TAPO Terminal (Terminal de Oriente) or the Central del Norte stop. Note that the most frequent buses to Puebla stop at the TAPO Terminal only, so this is a much more convenient stop.
Although there's a direct bus from Mexico City airport to Puebla, once you're at 4 Poniente or CAPU bus station, you will need to walk, take the bus or a taxi to your final destination.
