Where do I get the train from?

TER trains depart from Nice-St Augustin Station frequently throughout the day. You can either walk for 15 minutes to the station or catch one of the trams from the airport terminals for free.

Convenience

The train service is fast and relatively cheap but the service doesn’t connect to the airport, meaning that you will have to use two separate modes of transport. We know that some of you probably want to get to your destination as quickly as possible upon landing, so we wouldn’t recommend this option if that’s the case.

Editor’s Note

If you’d rather not mess around with changeovers, we recommend booking a private transfer, taking a taxi or hopping on the Express bus.

Useful Tips

Buying TER Train tickets from the bus station at the airport is easier than purchasing one at the train station.
Trains run earlier and later than the buses, so if you’re arriving early in the morning or late at night - the train might be better.
If the buses are particularly busy on any given day, it’s better to take the train as they are less crowded and you won’t have to wait.
