There are Keikyu Line train stations in all three terminals at Haneda Airport. In Terminals 1 and 2, the train station can be found on the B1F level, and in Terminal 3, on the 2F level of the Arrivals lobby.

So, although taking the train is a good budget-friendly option, it’s not the most convenient. You will have to make a change and carry your personal belongings through three different train stations, which can be difficult and stressful.
