There are Keikyu Line train stations in all three terminals at Haneda Airport. In Terminals 1 and 2, the train station can be found on the B1F level, and in Terminal 3, on the 2F level of the Arrivals lobby.

As the Airport Limousine Bus from Haneda International Airport to Shibuya is temporarily cancelled, there’s no direct public transfer option. So, although taking the train is a good budget-friendly option, it’s not the most convenient. You will have to make a change and carry your personal belongings through three different train stations, which can be difficult and stressful.
