Unfortunately, there’s no direct train from Haneda Tokyo Airport to Shinjuku. You will first need to take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station, then change to the JR Yamanote Line to reach Shinjuku. The total travel time will be around 50 minutes and the cost will be €3.20 (YEN 480) per person.

Where do I find the train at Haneda Airport?

There are train stations located inside all three terminals at Haneda Airport. In Terminals 1 and 2, you will find the Keikyu Line on level B1F, or you can also catch the train from Terminal 3 on level 2F of the Arrivals Lobby.

Although a very budget-friendly way to get from Shinjuku to Haneda Airport, and vice versa, taking the train isn’t very convenient. You will have to make a change in the busy Shinagawa Station, then find alternate transport to your hotel once you reach Shinjuku Station. There’s also very little luggage storage on the train, so be sure to travel light.
