Unfortunately, there’s no direct train from Haneda Airport to Tokyo Station. You will first need to take the Keikyu Airport Line to Shinagawa Station, then take either the JR Yamanote, JR Keihin-Tohoku or JR Tokaido Line from there to Tokyo Station. The total journey time is around 40 minutes and the cost will be just €3.20 (YEN 480) making it very affordable.

Where do I find the train at Haneda Airport?

As soon as you exit baggage claim, you will see the signs for the JP trains and the Keikyu line. Follow these signs and you will find the train station below the arrivals hall.

There used to be a Haneda Airport to Tokyo Station bus, however, as this service has been suspended, the only public transfer option is to take the train from Haneda Airport to Tokyo Station. Unfortunately, as the train isn’t direct, this is the slowest and least convenient transfer option, especially if you have heavy luggage or small children travelling with you.
