You’ll first need to take the Keikyu Airport Line to Shinagawa Station, which takes 13 minutes. From there, you can transfer to either the Japan Railway (JR) Yamanote, Keihin-Tohoku, or Tokaido Line, and ride it for a further 8 minutes until you reach Tokyo Station. 

The total journey time is around 20 minutes, although once you factor in wait and transfer times, it’s actually closer to 30 or 40 minutes.
