How to get from Avalon Airport to city centre by bus
Bus services are available from Avalon Airport to Melbourne city via the SkyBus service; a direct route solely for airport customers. The SkyBus provides a direct service with only one stop along the route (in Werribee) and terminates at Southern Cross Station in central Melbourne. The schedule for the bus is intermittent, but is designed to meet every major flight that arrives at the airport, therefore waiting is kept to a minimum. The journey should take around 50 minutes but is, of course, traffic dependent.
