Trains leave from both the Orly-Sud and Orly-Ouest terminal. From each, simply exit the arrivals gate and head to your left and go up the escalator or stairs in front of you. This will take you to the elevated station platform.
Taking a train from Orly airport to the city centre is actually the least convenient option. Tickets aren't cheap, and the journey time is long. Also, there is no direct route, you will have to make a change at Anthony Train Station to complete your journey.
If you have some time on your hands, and wish to learn a little more about the city's metro lines, then this may be a good opportunity for you. However, if you have a lot of luggage, I would suggest one of the other modes of transportation.

The buses from Orly airport don't have very many stops in the actual city centre, so if your final destination is a great distance from one of the stops, you may want to consider another mode of transportation.
