Trains leave from both the Orly-Sud and Orly-Ouest terminal. From each, simply exit the arrivals gate and head to your left and go up the escalator or stairs in front of you. This will take you to the elevated station platform.

With the night buses running throughout the evening and early hours, the buses run 24/7, and only take 45 minutes to reach the centre. However, you will need to hall your luggage onto the bus yourself, and may need to take a taxi from the bus stop in the city centre to your final destination.

The buses from Orly airport don't have very many stops in the actual city centre, so if your final destination is a great distance from one of the stops, you may want to consider another mode of transportation.
