You can find the National Express bus in the Coach station at the Heathrow Central Bus Station, located between Termial 2 and 3. Here they leave from stand 7-17.

The bus also makes a stop at Terminal 4 on the arrivals hall level at stand 12-14. In Terminal 5, the bus leaves from stand 13-15.

Convenience

Although the National Express bus runs directly from Heathrow to Gatwick airport, it stops running at 17:00, so if you arrive after that time, you will have to look for an alternate mode of transport. Having said that, if you do arrive during the day and are travelling on a budget, this could be a great option for you.
