Although the Stansted Express train is affordable, easily accessible and fairly cheap, it doesn't leave you in the most useful location in the city. Liverpool Street Station is located in the main business district of London, not a place tourists want to visit and there are little to no hotels around. Therefore, to reach your accommodation, you will need to take another train, taxi or bus from there.
