King Hussein International Airport (AQJ), also known as Aqaba Airport, is located on the Red Sea and is the main gateway to Aqaba. The airport is located around 11 km from the city centre, so taking an Aqaba Airport shuttle shouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes to reach your accommodation.
Once you’ve exited the airport, your driver will head south and take their first right onto Airport Street. You will then reach a roundabout, where your driver will take the 1st exit onto Basman Street. You will follow Basman Street for around 1.2 km, before taking a slight right onto Al-Hussien Bin Ali Street. Next, you will reach a second roundabout, where your driver will take the 3rd exit onto K. Abdullah Street. Finally, you will take a right onto Pr. Mohammad Street, which will lead you into the Aqaba city centre.
