Tenerife North Airport, also known as Tenerife North–Ciudad de La Laguna Airport (TFN), is the secondary international airport in Tenerife after Tenerife South Airport (TFS). However, with around 4 million passengers passing through its doors each year, it’s still a major transport hub on the island. The airport is located 83 km from Costa Adeje, so a Tenerife North Airport taxi shouldn’t take longer than 60 minutes.
After you’ve left the airport compound, your driver will head west and at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Cam. San Lázaro. You will come to another roundabout, but here your driver will take the 1st exit onto the TF-5 ramp to La Laguna/Santa Cruz. Your driver will then follow the TF-5, before taking exit 7B onto the TF-2. After around 5 km, your driver will exit onto TF-1 toward Candelaria/Aeropuerto Sur/Los Cristianos and follow the road for 69 km. Once you’ve driven for a while on the TF-1, your driver will take exit 74 toward TF-1/San Eugenio/Parque Acuatico. Finally, you will merge onto Av. de los Pueblos/TF-481 before taking the 1st exit onto Av. de los Pueblos at the roundabout. This avenue will lead you into the heart of Costa Adeje.
