Directions for your Airport Taxi in Halifax
Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ), more commonly known as Halifax airport, serves mainland Nova Scotia and the Halifax region. Halifax airport sees around 4.3 million passengers per year, making it the 8th busiest in Canada. The airport is located around 38 km from the city centre, so taking a Halifax airport shuttle downtown will take around 30 minutes.
After exiting the airport compound, your driver will head northeast on Bell Boulevard, before taking the left-hand ramp onto NS-102/Halifax/Truro. You will then merge onto Bell Boulevard and follow this road for around 2 km. Next, your driver will take the ramp towards Halifax, and merge onto the NS-102 S. Keeping left at the fork, you will continue on to the NS-118, which you will follow for another 15 km. Coming off the NS-118, you will then take a left onto Victoria Road and a right onto Nantucket Avenue. This will lead you to your first toll road, Angus L. Macdonald Bridge, which you will pass until you reach the second toll when you turn right onto the ramp for Barrington Street. Your driver will then take a sharp right onto North Street, another right toward Barrington Street and then a left onto Upper Water Street. After 500 meters, this street becomes Barrington Street once again, which you will follow until you reach Sackville Street, where you will take a left and then another left onto Bedford Row. Finally, your driver will turn left at the 1st cross street onto Prince Street, which will lead you into the city centre of Halifax.
