Malmö International Airport (MMX), previously known as Sturup Airport, is less than 30 km from the coastal city of Malmö. The fastest and most comfortable way to reach the city is a private transfer or a local taxi from Malmö Airport which takes approximately 27 minutes.
As your private ride leaves the airport, your Malmö Airport taxi driver will likely head west on Södra Sturupsvägen for 950 m before taking the 2nd exit on the roundabout and continuing on Södra Sturupsvägen. After 3.2 km, you will make a slight right toward the E65, following the signs for E65/Malmö. After about 19 km, your driver will keep left to continue on the Ystadvägen/E65 and, when reaching the roundabout after 110 m, take the 1st exit onto Ystadvägen. After 2 km, you turn right onto Lantmannagatan and continue onto Studentgatan, bringing you to the city centre.
