Directions for your Plovdiv Airport Taxi
Plovdiv International Airport (PDV), sometimes referred to as Plovdiv Krumovo Airport, is the fourth largest airport in Bulgaria, serving around 40,000 passengers per year and a handful of destinations. The airport is located 14.5 km from Plovdiv city centre which shouldn’t take more than 22 minutes to reach when travelling by a Plovdiv Airport taxi, during light traffic.
Heading north, your driver will start your journey by exiting left from the airport onto the 8601. They’ll then make several short turns; right onto Venera Street, then left onto Cyril and Methodius Street, right onto Khan Krum Street and then left onto Gagarin Street. Then, at the roundabout, they’ll take the 2nd exit onto Republic Road II–86 until they reach Liberation Blvd, where they’ll take a left. After merging with Naicho Tsanov Street and following it for several minutes, they’ll take a sharp right onto Hristo Botev Blvd/Route 862 and then turn left onto Petko D. Petkov Street soon after. Veering right to stay on this road, your driver will turn left at the T-junction onto Princess Maria Louisa Street/Route 375, where they’ll then enter the city centre.
