Tehran Imam Khomeini airport is located 55 km south of the city. A Tehran airport transfer will therefore take between 55 and 65 minutes depending on traffic whilst the airport is connected to the city via a freeway. Leaving the airport, your taxi driver will take Persian Gulf Highway/Tehran – Qom Freeway/Route 7 and will travel north for 45 km. You will then keep left and take the Kazemi Expressway to the Sa’idi Expressway for the next 10 km, before taking the 2nd exit onto Jena Expressway. This will lead you to Ayatollah Kashani Boulevard which will eventually take you into the city centre and your exact destination.
