You will initially take Lufthavnveien from the airport in a northeast direction and follow this road until it merges onto E6/Trondheim. You will then continue on E6/Trondheim for 29km and then take Pirbrua/Rv 706 for the next 2km. At the roundabout, you will then take the second exit to Havnegata and then Søndre Gate which will lead you to the heart of the city centre.
