Ohrid taxi prices
Ohrid taxis departing from or travelling to the airport have set prices. This service is run by the largest taxi company in Ohrid, Taxi Mercedes. The set price for a taxi from Ohrid Airport to the city centre, for example, is €12 (MKD 730).
However, for regular trips around Ohrid and beyond, taxis use a taximeter to calculate the fare based on the distance travelled and time of day. The first km travelled costs €0.65 (MKD 40) and after that, there is an additional cost of €0.40 (MKD 25) per km. Keep in mind that Ohrid taxi prices rise after 22:00.
